Triathlon Canada’s New National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) is designed to take into account the varying levels of professional approaches to coaching along with an appreciation for the environment or context within which the coach practices. The structure of Triathlon Canada’s coach education and training program involves both a Community and Competition stream along with various coaching contexts contained within each stream.
